Residential
79 Loader (Cape Town)
The renovation and interior design of a historic Edwardian terrace house in the beautiful neighbourhood of De Waterkant, Cape Town. The run-down one bedroom house was completely gutted leaving only the external walls and support structure intact. The second storey was extended and a third storey added to take advantage of the views of the harbour and Table Mountain.
The interiors reflect the simplistic laid-back lifestyle of Cape Town but at the same time have a subtle Asian influence. The design is a simple fusion of African and Asian elements. All finishes and fixtures are white with black details. Colour comes through in the furniture, artwork, and fabrics.
De Pijp Apartment (Amsterdam)
The complete renovation and interior design of a derelict 3rd-floor walk-up apartment in the trendy neighbourhood of De Pijp.
The entire interior space was gutted including floors and wall plaster. A new staircase to the loft, formerly used as the bathroom, is a feature in the small apartment. A galley kitchen links the dining and living room. The living room can be closed off by a sliding timber panel to create a guest bedroom. The upstairs loft ceiling has been opened up to create a spacious bedroom leading onto a terrace.
Grey oak is the predominant finish accented by white walls, stair balustrades, and counter tops.

RBA Ticket Office (Brunei - Conceptual Design)
The interior design of the flagship ticketing office for Royal Brunei Airlines.

Royal Brunei Airlines Lounge (Brunei - Conceptual Design)
The interior design of the airport lounge for Royal Brunei Airlines at the newly built Brunei International Airport.
The interior design is part of a consistent visual identity system contributing to the overall RBA experience. The design is refined, understated and follows the airline's distinctive new brand identity and boutique experience.
Tee Hai Chem (Singapore)
The interior design and fit-out of new HQ for Tee Hai Chem. A modern and progressive working environment that reflects the company's new corporate identity. The spaces include open and interactive office areas on two levels and a VIP Pod.
The office areas have clean lines with predominantly white finishes and furniture, with subtle hints of colour. The spaces are open and interactive.
The VIP Pod is set within a glass architectural box on the top of the building. The interiors here are more dramatic. Timber wall cladding in the main lobby and VIP lobby has become the signature design feature.
TLP Office (Singapore - Conceptual Design)
The interior design concept for a new office building for one of Singapore's largest chemical distribution firms. The building houses both the corporate headquarters and the distribution warehouse. The new corporate identity of the company is reflected through the interior architecture, materials and finishes.
Hotel & Resort
Larkhill Terrace (Singapore)
The interior design of guest rooms and suites as part of an extension to the existing Amara Sanctuary Resort, housed within a two-storey heritage colonial-style former British Sergeants’ quarters from the 1930s.
Inspired by the nature of the building, the interior design of each space is understated and simplistic, reflecting the cool minimalism of tropical design. The interiors are graced with touches of colonial and tradition Asian accents. These are reflected in the dark timber, rattan, and other textured finishes. Colours are fresh, and monotone but textures are gorgeous.
Maha Desert Palm (Dubai)
The interior design of a high-end boutique resort in the desert. A luxurious and modern interpretation and adaptation of traditional desert lifestyle. The surrounding desert landscape and subtle historical qualities of Arabian architecture are the inspiration for the interior design.
The exclusive two-bedroom 845m2 villa is centred around an open-air courtyard with a large swimming pool and has a private rooftop terrace. The living area connects two large bedrooms suites and opens onto the pool and courtyard. Each suite had a luxurious bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower, and a private diwan and garden. The villa is serviced from a discreet butler's pantry.
Tea Trails (Bogawantalawa Valley, Sri Lanka)
The restoration and interior design of four classic colonial tea estate managers' bungalows offering the unique experience of life on a working tea estate. The bungalows comprise of 20 luxurious rooms and suites in all. Each has been decorated in a unique style that is reminiscent of its historic past, with 4 to 6 individually decorated suites.
The bungalows are part of Tea Trails where guests have the opportunity to explore the tea country of Sri Lanka by walking from one bungalow to the next, and enjoying a distinctive luxury guest experience in each different bungalow.

Restaurant B (Cape Town - Conceptual Design)
The concept interior design proposal for the refurbishment of a 25-year-old traditional New York-style steakhouse in the heart of Cape Town.
The interior design brief required working within an existing warehouse-style space constructed with i-beams and an industrial exposed soffit. All existing mechanical fittings and existing wine storage gantries needed to be retained.
The design concept is inspired by the quintessential Art Deco New York-style bistro. The focal point of the design is the 5-meter long bar clad in copper sheeting, matt-bronze rails, with a white quartz countertop.
Finishes include herringbone solid oak flooring with white mosaic tile trims, copper, bronze, and leather in muted colours, creating a minimal yet sophisticated space.
Shiraz (Singapore)
The interior design of a contemporary Persian restaurant at the newly developed Clark Quay in Singapore.
The interior is a modern interpretation of an authentic Persian restaurant, complete with an open kitchen and kebab display. Traditional architectural elements are the inspiration for the interior design. Natural tones and clean lines are the main design elements.

Yacht
45m Phinisi (Raja Ampat, Indonesia)
The interior design of a traditional custom-built 45m two-masted Phinisi sailing vessel.
The yacht has eight luxury en-suite cabins. The upper and top deck cabins are fitted with a king size bed and have an outdoor deck with a large daybed. The lower deck cabins are triple and twin en-suite cabins. The other guest areas include the saloon with a lounge and dining area, the front deck and upper deck with outdoor dining and sunbathing facilities; a camera room; and a spa area.
The design is in keeping with the integrity of the overall yacht architecture and the traditional Indonesian boat-building style. The colour scheme is inspired by vibrant traditional local textiles - ikat and batik. The furnishing and artwork are inspired by local handicrafts.
50m Phinisi (Indonesia - Conceptual Design)
The conceptual design for a beautifully crafted luxury 50m charter sail yacht.
The interior concept is an understated modern design using local natural materials. The yacht is designed to accommodate 12 guests in six spacious cabins with en-suite bathroom.
The interior design is a contemporary and luxurious whilst at the same time provides the experience of travelling aboard a traditional sailing phinisi yacht.
60m Phinisi (Indonesia - Conceptual Design)
Our first phinisi project is the conceptual design for a beautifully crafted luxury 60m charter sail yacht.
The interior concept is warm and inviting with an understated contemporary Asian influence. It has been specially designed to accommodate 14 guests in absolute comfort with ample space for relaxation, indoor and on deck. Each of the seven spacious and elegant cabins has a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
All furniture and fittings are integrated and carry through the integrity of the overall yacht design. The colour scheme is neutral, with shades of beige and soft grey, in contrast to the abundant timber finishes, furnishing and artworks. The lighting is integrated into the design. The overall effect is relaxing and luxurious with an undertone of the tradition and the culture of the region.
Amandira (Moyo, Indonesia)
The interior design of the custom-built 52m two-masted Phinisi sailing vessel for charter as part of the Aman Resorts' Amanwana Resort on the island of Moyo.
Amandira is a luxury sailing and diving vessel with a crew of 14 to ensure world-class service. Amandira’s main lounge is the foredeck, where guests can relax on sun loungers, dine and enjoy a drink at sunset. There is an elegant indoor lounge and dining area. There are five guest cabins. Three cabins are fitted with a king-size bed, and two cabins have double bunk beds. Each double cabin features a living area with a daybed and dining area, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower and twin vanities.
The design combines the allure of a traditional Indonesian sailing vessel with the comfort of modern amenities in keeping with the Aman luxury brand.
Dunia Baru (Raja Ampat, Indonesia)
A refurbishment of a 51m two-masted luxury yacht handcrafted in the classic architecture of a Phinisi wooden sailboat.
Built of teak and ulin ironwood, the Dunia Baru features seven en-suite cabins accommodating 14 guests.
Rather than make significant structural alterations, the design objective was to create a luxurious experience that evokes a sense of nostalgia and to create an understated yet modern elegance throughout.
The deck areas are enhanced with comfortable and intimate outdoor seating and lounging areas. The spaces are layered with luxurious yet subtle soft furnishings, including hand-knotted natural fibre floor rugs and headboards upholstered in luxurious Belgian fabric, were used throughout. Marine finishes and fabrics, in a neutral and light colour palette, are used throughout.
Accessories are neutral, with a hint of ethnicity coming through in the patterns and textures. A blend of custom-designed and locally sourced items – such as hand-hammered metal vases and bespoke bronze decorative artwork – complement the hand-carved ironwood joinery. Rare antique baskets and ceramics are on display in the yacht’s saloon area.
The interior design is a subtle and sophisticated enhancement of an already beautiful ship. The spaces are personal, creating an authentic and intimate experience for the guests.
